JetBlue (NASDAQ:JBLU) today announced a significant expansion of its TrueBlue^® loyalty program beginning February 1, 2027, including complimentary, space-available BlueFirst upgrades for all Mosaic^® members, greater flexibility with Perks You Pick^® and exclusive new benefits for JetBlue Premier Cardmembers.

More Value for Mosaic Members

JetBlue is expanding benefits across all four Mosaic levels in 2027, giving its most loyal customers more opportunities to enjoy premium experiences and unlock additional rewards.

• Complimentary BlueFirst Upgrades: For the first time, members at every Mosaic level, and up to one traveling companion on the same reservation, will be eligible for complimentary, space-available upgrades to BlueFirst, JetBlue's new domestic first-class experience, when traveling on eligible fares. • More Ways to Upgrade: Premium Upgrade Certificates, formerly known as Move to Mint^® certificates, can be used by eligible members for Mint^® or BlueFirst seating, where available. Mosaic 2 members can select one certificate through Perks You Pick, while Mosaic 3 and Mosaic 4 members will continue to receive certificates as part of their benefits. Mosaic 4 members can also earn additional certificates for every 100 additional Tiles earned.
• Enhanced Top-Tier Rewards: Mosaic 3 and Mosaic 4 members will have access to expanded Perks You Pick options, including larger points bonuses, additional upgrade opportunities and new ways to share benefits with other TrueBlue members. Mosaic 4 members can also select benefits such as the ability to gift Mosaic 3 status or the ability to gift BlueHouse Lounge Membership.

More Ways to Reward JetBlue Premier Cardmembers

JetBlue is introducing exclusive new benefits for eligible Premier Cardmembers at every Mosaic milestone, offering more ways to earn rewards, share benefits and get greater value from everyday spending.

• Share the Benefits: Depending on their Mosaic level, Premier Cardmembers can select exclusive perks, including the ability to gift Tiles or Mosaic status to another TrueBlue member.
• Companion Travel Benefits: Primary Premier Cardmembers who reach Mosaic 3 or Mosaic 4 can select a companion travel benefit providing up to $500 or $1,500, respectively, as a statement credit toward an eligible companion booking made with the Premier Card.
• More Points on Everyday Purchases: Premier Cardmembers who reach Mosaic 3 or Mosaic 4 will earn an additional 3x points, for a total of 5x TrueBlue points per $1 spent at eligible grocery stores and restaurants, on up to $50,000 in combined eligible purchases each calendar year.

Greater Flexibility with Perks You Pick

Beginning in 2027, TrueBlue members will have more freedom to choose the benefits that matter most to them. Members can reselect a favorite perk at subsequent eligible Tile milestones rather than being limited to choosing each perk only once, with 60 days after reaching each milestone to make their selection.

Before reaching Mosaic status, TrueBlue members can also choose perks for their next eligible flight, including early boarding, an alcoholic beverage, priority security, bonus points and bonus tiles.

2027 Perks You Pick Benefits by Mosaic Level

Members can select one benefit at each eligible milestone and, beginning in 2027, may reselect a favorite benefit at subsequent milestones.
