Westlife Foodworld (WEST.NS), which ‌operates McDonald's (MCD.N) restaurants in west and ​south India, ​reported a 56% rise ⁠in fourth-quarter ​profit on Thursday ​on steady demand for discounted meals.

The company's ​consolidated net ​profit rose to 23.8 ‌million ⁠Indian rupees ($252,513.20) for the quarter ended March 31 ​from ​15.2 ⁠million rupees a year ​earlier.
