Good afternoon and thank you for joining us today. My name is David Talbot. I'm managing director head of research here at Red Cloud Securities and I'm delighted to host a Red Cloud webinar on uranium today. We are going to hear from Sky Harbor Resources CEO Jordan Trimble and its VPX Sardar Dhonmez. Now during today's webinar forward-looking statements may be made. I direct listeners to the forward-looking statements outlined on page two of Sky Harbor's corporate presentation. That can be found on the company's website skyharborltd.com and Sky Harbor of course being spelled with O-U-R at the end. For Red Cloud Securities, I'd highlight this webinar is for information purposes only. It should not be considered a solicitation or recommendation of buy or sell securities. We note this call does not consider the individual situation or needs of individual investors. Participants should rely on their own investigation and seek their own professional advice before investing. So please see our most recent research located on the Red Cloud website for specific disclosures on Sky Harbor Resources. With that, I now turn it over to Jordan to update the audience on the company. Great. Well, thanks everyone. Thank you, Dave. A big thank you to Red Cloud. It's a pleasure to be presenting today. I have my VP of Exploration, Siddhar Dhonmez, with me today. Siddar, can you say hi from Saskatoon? There he is. Hey, everyone. Thanks for joining us today. So we've got a lot going on at Sky Harbor. I know most of you are familiar with the company, but I'm going to provide a brief overview, and I'm gonna let Siddhara do a bit of the talking when it comes to the drilling, because we're completing our largest annual drill campaign of over 30 000 meters across five projects in our project actually six projects in our project portfolio so our largest annual drill campaign as i mentioned but but most importantly we're spending most of the money time and effort um with us and our partner companies at our two main projects russell and moore lake so that's 25 000 meters of drilling across those two co-flagship advanced stage exploration assets. We're about two-thirds of the way through that 30,000 meters of combined drilling, so we still have a good chunk of drilling left between now and year end. And excitingly, within that third, that includes what we'd consider to be the most prospective targets at the Russell Lake project. That's the Wheeler North joint venture that we now have a partnership with Denison at. These are the targets that we hit some high grade at in the previous two years. They're the closest targets to Phoenix and Griffin to the Wheeler River project and that 5,000 meter phase of drilling will be commencing shortly. We just announced this morning as well 3,600 meters of drilling commencing at the Getty East Joint Venture which is Sky Harbor as operator but Denison funding it and what's exciting about this part of the program at Russell is it's on trend with some very high grade drill results, historical results, over 20% U308 that was drilled on the adjacent project by Uranerts a number of years ago. Those claims are now held by Cameco. And the Getty East claim hasn't had much drilling in recent years. I'll let Siddhar again elaborate a bit more on that. But bottom line is a lot of drilling that's taken place in the last several months, much more to take place between now and year end. And all of those assays are pending. So we're going to start having some news out on results in the coming weeks, but the 30,000 meters of drilling across those various projects will take us right through into 2027. So a pivotal few months for the company. Worth noting as well, just before we jump into the slide deck, we are working on a NASDAQ listing, an up listing from the OTCQX in the U.S. to the NASDAQ. You may have seen news we had out about a month ago, updated tech reports that allow us to file an AIF, and we are in the process of the application for NASDAq listings. So keep an eye out for updates on that over the coming months. And last but not least, we continue to grow our prospect generator business. We now have 11 partner companies spending over $130 million potentially across 14 of our 44 projects. This is a significant prospect generator business. And we just recently added our 11th partner, PureCore Metals. They're just completing a financing as we speak, so they're hitting the ground running. But between Denison, Arano, and the various other junior partner companies we have, with every dollar that Sky Harbor spends in drilling in the field that we directly fund, we have partner companies spending at least another dollar to two dollars on top of that. So it's a great way to get exposure by owning Sky Harbor shares. Great way to getting exposure to a lot of drilling on discovery ready properties and with as little equity dilution as possible utilizing the joint venture and prospect generator business. So just a quick high level summary for those that have been following. Dave Talbot Thank you. You mentioned this forward-looking statement. Please do read this on your own time. Just quickly before we jump into the slide deck, some investment highlights and an overview for those that aren't familiar with Sky Harbor. So Sky Harbor, it's a high-grade uranium exploration and prospect generator company. We have over 1.6, almost 1.7 million acres of land. Now, we've been around for over a decade. We're kind of a household name, if you will, in terms of the junior explorers and prospect generators in the basin. This is now, by acreage, the second largest mineral tenure holding in the region. So we've continued to add to that. And SUDAR is actually in the team in Saskatoon have developed in-house a proprietary claim monitoring AI-backed platform That really allows us, gives us a competitive advantage, if you will, in maintaining and acquiring new claims in the Athabasca Basin, which we can then add to our portfolio and look to option or JV those projects out. But a big property package, so you get exposure to everything from early stage exploration properties right through to more advanced stage exploration assets that either host uranium deposits or resources, so, you do have exposure to pounds in the ground, and or they have multi-percent high grade in previous drilling. So our two co-flagship projects, Russell and Moore, both have previous drilling that Sky Harbor's carried out that shows there's multi-percent, in the case of Moore Lake, up to 20% U-308 in previous drilling. So like I said, it's crucial for us and the money that we're spending, it is important that we spend it on discovery-ready projects and then we have partner companies advancing earlier stage projects as a part of our prospect generator business. We have a number of strategic partner companies, larger partner companies. Denison Mines, as I mentioned, a new joint venture partner at our Russell project. They're also our largest corporate shareholder. They had added to their position in the open market just under a year ago. Dave Cates, president, CEO, is a director of Sky Harbor and personally a large shareholder, so a very, very close working relationship with the team at Denison. and actually Siddharth had worked there for a number of years, almost 20 years prior to joining Sky Harbor. So a very collaborative effort between our two companies right now as we advance the Russell project and as Denison's building a mine within a kilometer of our property boundary at Russell on the Wheeler River project. But we also have a joint venture with the Rano, France's largest nuclear and uranium mining company. They're just wrapping up a 3,500-meter drill program at that Preston joint venture. And then some other notable shareholders, including a larger corporate shareholder in Rio Tinto. So a number of larger strategic partners, both as joint ventures and as strategic shareholders. I mentioned the 30,000 meters of drilling. Maybe, Siddharth, you want to just have a quick word on the breakdown of that drilling. I talked a little bit about it, but if you want to just give a quick summary as to where that 30,000 metres is being drilled, that would be great. Yeah, for sure. Well, again, thanks to everyone for joining us this morning or this afternoon, if you're in Ontario. We, yeah, so the 30, up to 30,000 meters, about half of that will be on, will be, the Sky Harbor will be completing about 15,000 metres on two of our projects, the Russell Lake JV projects and our other flagship project, the Moor Lake project. The Denison is also, on top of that, they'll be, they have plans to complete up to 7,500 metres. or almost 8,000 meters of drilling on the Wheeler North project. They already did roughly 2,000 metres testing one of the high-profile targets on Wheeler North, and they're going back later this month, as early as next week, to complete another 5,000 plus meters to test. Targets really close to the Phoenix deposit or soon to be mine and one of them is actually only 700 meters away from the Phoenix Deposit. Great, we'll talk a little bit more about the specific details of that drilling upcoming and some of the drilling that we've completed but we'll just quickly jump through the do a page flip here. So a very strong management team and board of directors. I think most of you know myself, been running the company really since inception as a uranium company. Dave Cates, who I mentioned, has been a director for a decade now, has become personally a very large shareholder in addition to Denison being our largest corporate shareholder with just under 9%. Rob Chang is a new addition, and I do want to highlight Rob as he joined us as a director just a few months ago. I think most of you might have heard of Rob. He was a director of fission right up until the acquisition by Paladin, but he was the former MD and head of metals and mining at Cantor Fitzgerald and is well known, well respected in the uranium space. So a key addition for our board in particular is an independent director of the company. And I think really a testament to what we're doing here at Sky Harbor to have someone of Rob's caliber join us this year. Jim Pettit, who's the chairman, works with myself here in Vancouver. We were really the founders of Sky Harbor as a uranium company about 12 years ago, having just sold a gold company at the time to Newgold. Joe Gallucci, head of mining investment banking at Ventum Financial, joined us a number of years ago. So he brings a wealth of capital markets experience to our board as an independent director. Amanda Chow has been a longstanding director, an accountant by trade. It's been working with public companies for almost 30 years, officially joined as a CFO earlier this year as well. So, you know, important point here that we're continuing to grow our team as the company grows. and then Nick Kaltura our corporate comm and a corporate development manager been with the company for over five years so if you do have any questions always feel free to reach out to either myself or or Nick here in Vancouver and then I'll hand it over Sadar if you want to just quickly touch on our geological team very proud of what we've been able to assemble here it is a growing team um we are looking to to to add some people to it but um sudar heads it up uh in saskatoon um with over 20 years of experience in the industry so i'll let you talk a little bit about our technical team for sure um yeah so as jordan mentioned it's a it's just it's a fairly small team considering the the amount of work we um we we do um uh so uh myself i i've been in the Athabasca Basin exploring for uranium for over 20 years now. The first 17 years at Denison Mines Corp. I was there prior to the discoveries of two deposits, I guess. Two major deposits and one of them is being developed right now and it'll be a mine in the next year or two, Phoenix deposit and then in 2014 we discovered the Griffin deposit and then I stayed there until the completion of the feasibility studies in 2023. From there I joined a company, another green exploration company called 92 Energy which we sold to Atha Energy. I was at Atha briefly four or five months before joining the Sky Harbour team in 2024. Christine McKechnie, she's a highly experienced uranium geologist. She's He's been around for almost as long as I have been. I've worked at several chemical uranium mines underground and a company called GNR Resources prior to that. Dave Biard has been a highly experienced uranium and gold geologist with over 40-plus years of experience in and around the Athabasca Basin. And Dylan and Sean, they're both highly experienced uranium geologists. Again, they worked at NextGen's aero deposits. So we've all been around high-grade uranium pretty much throughout our entire uranium career. Yeah, and so it's a good mix of a technical team with focused expertise in the Athabasca Basin that knows how to make discoveries, coupled with a management team and board of directors that know how to raise capital, know how to run these companies, and ultimately know how sell these companies. That's a key objective of Sky Harbors ultimately is to build it up, position it for an ultimate corporate transaction. Moving on to capital structure, so 221 million shares issued in outstanding. It trades between an 80 and a 90 million Canadian market cap with 9 million in the Treasury. So a very strong value proposition here. I actually just recently recently purchased some shares in the open market you know we've seen it kind of trade in in a range over the last um you know year uh or so we we did see a year ago um a big move higher from um you know 30 cents in in november december of last year to you know 50 60 cents in relatively short order on the back of um obviously the uranium market improving but the the announcement with dennison at russell as well as some high grade drill results that we announced at more lake so I do want to emphasize that, that continued drilling that we're doing at our co-flagship projects, in particular, some of the higher grade notable results, we do see the market respond positively to that. And as I mentioned when I first opened, we have completed several phases of drilling and we're very, very pleased with what we're seeing in particular at Moor Lake thus far. And so keep an eye out for news flow in the coming weeks and coming months as we work our way through the remainder of the year. But we're well funded. That funding and that treasury cash and marketable security should sustain us right through into the new year. As I said, we have partner companies spending money as well. So we're in good shape financially. A big part of the prospect generator business is to keep the equity dilution in check and to make sure that more than just one or two projects are being actively advanced through partners and through partner funding. I did mention the OTCQX uplisting. So we are working on that as we speak. As I said, there should be some updates on that in the coming months. So we work our way up to a more formal NASDAQ listing, which should open things up to the U.S. market and to some more passive funds investing in the company. We have in recent months had some new analyst coverage, which we'd be happy to pass along. You know, Dave has done a fantastic job covering the company for a number of years, and we thank him very much for that. We also do have formal coverage now from Haywood and from Ventum. And when you look at the four reports and the coverage from all four of these analysts, the average target price is just below a dollar a share. So a good upside from the current price we're trading at. And then notable and strategic shareholders were in most of the uranium mining ETFs. I mentioned Denison and Rio as large corporate shareholders, management and insiders. We still maintain a large position in the company. But we have some of these other funds that have been long term loyal shareholders. Most of the financings that we have done in the last five or six years, most of pretty much all of them have only done one hard dollar financing in that period. And it was for two and a half million dollars several years ago. That was it. basically most of our hard dollar needs are covered by the prospect generator income as well as income from other sources renting out the camp geological services and consulting that that we provide various partner companies so you know we we from time to time will raise money taking advantage of a lower cost of capital through flow through whether it be traditional or charity and we've been able to through that keep the equity dilution in check and it's typically just been institutional shareholders that have come in on those financings, a number of which are listed here. So that covers the cap structure. Just quickly a note on the uranium market. You know, it has been a bit of a choppy year. We saw things really heat up at the beginning of the year. I suspect we'll see something similar seasonally. October, basically through January, February is the strongest period during the 12-month year for uranium equities. We see a seasonality with the bigger names as well as some of the juniors. I suspect we'll see that again. There was some big news yesterday, Google's announcement with Constellation, just under 900 megawatts of uprate capacity, a 20-year power, multi-billion dollar power purchase agreement, again, showcasing hyperscaler demand, big tech demand. I think that we're going to continue to see positive developments and news flow from these larger companies, larger big tech companies as they try to shore up electricity and power for their data center buildouts. We also saw news from Korea and South Korea and the U.S. $120 billion proposal from the Koreans to build eight new reactors in the United States. That's a significant amount of new potential demand, uranium demand coming online just south of the border and a major financial commitment. So that's just in the last week and we continue to see these positive headlines. The uranium price, the long-term contract price, as most of you know, has continued to march higher, which is, I think, very, very significant and a very positive indicator that we're still in the very early stages of this bull market. But we have seen the spot price, you know as I said, for the better part of this year, it's been kind of choppy, volatile, trading between $80 and $90 a pound. We have seen a little bit strength in recent months, certainly compared to most other previous summer months where you do typically see weakness in the price. We have seen it kind of maintain in the high 80s and even touch $90 a pound. So I do think it's setting up. Traders are setting up for higher prices, higher spot prices, which should translate into higher equity prices. So a lot to look forward to in terms of the macro picture, again, major supply deficit, 200 million pounds of annual demand. We're only producing about 170 to 175 million pounds of primary mine supply. One of the key takeaways from the W&A just last month was Kazatomprom's presentation and talk, and they really highlighted, you know, their focus on value over volume, right so i i don't expect that we'll see um you know a major increase in production from kazatom prom they did also you know highlight the point that you know eastern um demand whether it be india russia china right they are focused on building up stockpiles they're they're not as worried about the price of the commodity the price they have to pay they want to make sure they have long-term secure supply of nuclear fuel whereas western utilities are still playing this game of cat and mouse with you with the miners and and and really too much focused on the price and not enough on uh shoring up long-term secure supply and i think again this is going to be something that in the next few years will drive much higher prices as western utilities have to come back into the market um in in a meaningful way um jumping ahead to our uh asset project or project portfolio So you'll see here a map of the Athabasca Basin, our 44 project portfolio that we have ownership interests in, basically covering every part of the Anthabasco Basin. Most of our main projects that we're focused on, that we'RE funding exploration at, are in the southeastern quadrant. You can see my cursor here where you see Russell and Moorlake as well as Wheeler River. But we do have projects over on the west side. You can actually see we've acquired quite a few claims actually on trend to the northeast of Nexchan's Arrow deposit. And we continue to build out our project portfolio at the northern end of the Athabasca Basin as well. So the idea here, again, is to offer investors exposure, not just to one area, one project, one drill program, but a multitude of projects, really take a portfolio approach to the asset base and make sure that we've got exposure to any and every part of the Athabasca Basin going for which this project portfolio does provide. One of the other things I'd like to just highlight here is that Siddhar mentioned a company called JNR that one of our head consulting geologists, Dave Beard, worked at. He was an officer there. That company traded up from a $5 million valuation in 2001 to over $400 million in 2007 as we saw that uranium price spike in the mid-2000s. JNAR at that time had four main projects in it. We now in Sky Harbor have those four main projects and an additional 40 other projects on top of that. So it just shows you the re-rate potential that this project portfolio offers as we work our way into the latter part of this uranium bull market. And we continue to add to our project portfolio. We continue to bring in new partner companies. I mentioned PureCore, the most recent partner company that we brought in in the summer. And so we'll continue to build out that prospect generator business across our project Portfolio. But to hone in a little bit on our two main assets, so Russell and Moore Lake, and I'll hand it over to Siddharth to talk more specifically about the drilling at the two projects. but just a quick high-level summary of these two assets. So this is prime real estate, about 260,000, 270,000 acres of prime real estate located between the MacArthur River mine, which if you can see on the top image, top right image is just to the right or just to the north of Russell Lake. And then you'll see the Key Lake Mill just to the southeast or, sorry, southwest of Russell. The road, the haulage road that we'll show you on another slide here that connects the Key Lake Mill to the mine runs right up through our Russell Lake project. And so we have regional mining infrastructure, including the road, power lines, as well as an exploration camp. And that's what this image at the bottom right here, you can see our McGowan Lake camp that's located on our Russell lake project. you'll see actually in the distance the phoenix and griffin deposits the airstrip that denison's building at the wheeler river project the road and the power lines that basically come from the russell lake project to to to connect to uh the phenix um mine uh that that's that's all it um basically running through claims um that we are now in a joint venture with denison on at the wheeler north jv but it just gives you a sense of the strategic location and proximity to what will be the next new large uranium mine in the athabasca basin at the phoenix mine and you'll see some of our targets which sadar will talk a little bit about that are about as close as you can get we're talking within a kilometer of of where you're of where denison's going to be mining in the next few years the sphinx target which is labeled here just on the other side of the lake That is going to be a target that we drill with Denison in the next several months, in addition to several other targets that we've been drilling over the last few years, the fork target, the grayling zone, other targets in and around our McGowan Lake camp. And one final note before I hand it over to Siddharth to talk a bit more about that drilling and the drilling that we're, we've carried out thus far at Russell. Our drill costs at Russell are very low. We're talking a sub-400 Canadian all-in meter, which is some of the lowest cost drilling in the Athabasca Basin. A couple of reasons for that. One, I mentioned the infrastructure, the camp. The camp actually makes us a little bit of money each year as we're able to rent it out to other companies that are operating in the area. But we also have the benefit of being able to drill year-round. And hence the reason we're doing quite a bit of the drilling collectively now with Denison. in the shoulder season or the fall season. We don't have to compete with other companies for drillers, for cap pans, for logistics, everything that's associated with a drill program. Usually October, November, and December are relatively quiet months for drilling. But because it's road accessible and the targets are on high ground, we're able to drill basically right through and get a good chunk of drilling done in the shoulder seasons that help ultimately bring the all-in drilling costs down. So very large strategic property package jointly between Russell and Moore Lake. We have high grade on both projects. We have a small high grade deposit that we're expanding at Moore Lake, which we'll talk about after Russell. We have 25,000 meters of drilling underway collectively at these two projects. So, Sudar, I'll hand it over to you, and maybe you can just start with the drilling that we just commenced at Getty East, and then we can talk a little bit about the RL drilling and then ultimately the Wheeler North drilling. Sure. Thanks, Jordan. Russell Lake, it's one of the largest projects in the Athabasca Basin, probably. It's sandwiched between one of the world's best uranium deposits, highest grade, MacArthur River to the north and then Key Lake to the south. You have Phoenix and Griffin and millennium deposits to the west of the project. It has a pipeline of discovery-ready targets, quite a few targets. Prior to the deal we completed with Denison earlier this year, our focus was primarily on the claims surrounding the Wheeler River project, which is now called the Wheelaer North project. But again, going back to our team, we're a small team. We didn't have the bandwidth to actually go and look at some of these further field targets like the Getty East target or South Russell target on the project. So starting with the Getky East project, we just started moving into the project, um the the the project itself hasn't been drilled since the the 80s there's a small deposit or a showing if you will uh called a little man zone on it that's um we've done some more work on it since most of desktop um going through the geophysical data um existing drill hole data um it's um it we believe it's the the zone itself is open um both along strike um and cross-strike and the basement potential has not been tested at all to date. To the east of the Little Man Zone, what we're calling the Middle Lake Extension Target, that's the extension of the Middle lake zone itself is on Cameco's project. There's intersections up to 26% The same trend extends on to our Getty East and our All Claims project, which we will be drilling roughly 8 to 10 holes on. And we also have resistivity data that we've reviewed since. We're pretty excited to actually start drilling these targets. Like I said, the extension itself hasn't been drilled since 1980. The Wheeler North hosts a number of high-profile targets. We intersected high-grade uranium in 2024, up to 3% at the fork zone. And we've done some modern geophysics on this trend since. And we have identified another two and a half kilometers of extension along strike to the north, which Denison will be focusing on, which we actually intersected high-grade uranium and intense alteration in structure since 2024. And Jordan mentioned the Sphinx target. There's only been one drill hole on this target itself. It was never drilled prior to us. And we drilled last year and intersected faulted griffith peelites in the basement. And again, it's only 700 meters away from the phoenix deposit and and it's completely untested um uh over a number of kilometers so and that's going to be one of dennison's um focus uh this this fall um i'll just quickly on this slide just to um kind of a lot a lot of moving parts there so just to keep it simple for everyone so you'll see on this this is the how we divided up the russell lake project with Denison. Again, a combined $61.5 million option and joint venture agreement across four new sub-properties or joint ventures. The Pink claims, which is the majority of the original Russell Lake project, is now the RL property or joint venture. Sky Harbor owns 80%, Denison owns 20%. We've locked in the joint venture, Denison's a funding partner, and we've just completed about 4,500 meters with another 1,000 or so meters that we're going to be drilling at those pink claims at several targets, as Siddhar just outlined. The drilling that just commenced today is at the green claim, the Getty East claim, and again, that's Denison, can earn up to 70%. They currently have a 30% interest. They have to fund $15 million in exploration to complete that 70% earn-in, and the initial 3,600 metres is going to be drilled over the coming weeks with Denison funding it, Sky Harbour as operator. And then last but certainly not least at the yellow claims, which is the Wheeler North grouping of claims, as I mentioned earlier, the claims that Sky Harour was most focused on in the previous few years, really where I think we're, to be honest, in terms of like real new discovery potential any next drill hole being that you know market moving game changing um type result this these are the claims that at least in the in the near term um we we feel can can deliver that and dennison at these claims uh they can earn um uh up to 70 percent uh through 25 million in expenditures and additional cash payments as well now the drilling at these claims as sudar was just pointing out at the kind of the main target areas which you'll see on this image here that's commencing later this month and in particular the uh a couple of the targets you'll just see again the proximity to phoenix to griffin uh to to the wheeler river uh project the sphinx drill target in particular which is um again within a kilometer of the mine the grayling zone the fork target as you'll see here um you know these are all targets within just a few kilometers of of phoenix and so a discovery and a the delineation of a new deposit at one of these targets is a a major major development for us and our shareholders and and you can think of it in terms of you know what would a pound of uranium be worth at oneof these targets given the proximity to Wheeler River given the regional infrastructure I think it's safe to say that you know we we would it would command a much larger premium and valuation on a on a you know eevee per pound basis relative to making a new discovery or proving up deposit anywhere else really I think in the Athabasca basin so very excited to commence the drilling at Getty East and and shortly at the Wheeler North claims proximal to Wheeler River again it's going to provide lots of news flow and all of that drilling is being funded by Denison we're working as I mentioned earlier quite collaboratively with them and we're thrilled and excited to go after these these drill targets that collectively we've refined and come up with with Denison over the last you know six to eight months um moving on to more lake so um again i'll just provide a quick overview and summary and then i'll hand it over to sudar to talk a bit more about the drilling but this is an advanced stage exploration asset that we've had in our portfolio for some time it's a co-flagship along with russell we own a hundred percent of this project you'll see it's it's actually adjacent to russell to the east um and um uh it's large property um not quite as big as russell but um you know almost um i will call it 35 000 hectares almost 36 000 hectars it's been quite a bit of historical drilling there's a small high-grade deposit called the maverick deposit that consists of several high grade zones of mineralization basically right at the unconformity it's relatively shallow so that's key it's within 300 meters of surface which potentially opens it up to one of the few surface mining methods that are either being currently being used or being proposed to be used in the base and that's ISR as well as Sabre. So given the relatively shallow depth of the deposit it is interesting when you look at it through the lens of one of those two surface mining methods. We are doing internal work to further evaluate the potential there and to get a better understanding of what the economics could look like but right now our focus is on building out that resource and making new discoveries at the project it is open along strike and at depth we are there's about a five kilometer long known zone or conductive corridor that really only half of it's been systematically drill tested along strike we now believe that that actually carries or continues to the southwest as well which extends that by another three or four kilometers all the way over to our Russell Lake property boundary and again most of the drilling historically in the drilling that we've carried out at Moore Lake has been relatively shallow drilling. We have not done a lot of drilling to test basement targets. We did do some drilling this year. Assays are pending that did test some of the underlying basement rocks and we're very very happy with what we're seeing there. So that for sure will be a higher priority target going forward at this project in 2027. We are completing about 10,000 meters of drilling. We're just wrapping that up over several phases. So again, we will have some news flow coming out from the drilling at Moore Lake in the coming months. And as I mentioned earlier, in early January of this year, that was one of the reasons we saw the price spike when we did is we put out some pretty notable high grade results up to 15% at the main Maverick zone. And so we're continuing to expand those high grade zones as well as look a little bit deeper into the basement rocks. But we are also looking regionally. We've drilled a few targets, regional targets at the project, and we're seeing a lot of smoke there. We're seeing mineralization. We'RE seeing all the right ingredients for higher grade deposition of uranium. So it's not just the Maverick zones that are, you know, getting us excited, but it's also the regional potential at Moorlake as well. Maybe, Starb, you want to just add, you Know, a couple quick points to round that out, and then we can move on to the prospect generator business. Sure, yeah, Moor Lake, again, it's, there's something like 17 high-profile targets on this project. And we have our exploration strategy at Moore. It has multiple components. As Jordan mentioned, we're continuing to prove up more pounds at the Maverick deposit and while testing the potential in the basement and we're intersecting more uranium mineralization in the basement and it was historically was not you know fully tested prior to you know the recent years maverick deposit itself is it is small but it's shallow and we have you know grades up to 25 in in the main zone so there's lots of potential and and the targets along strike of it it have not been fully tested. We discovered a new zone last year, which had intense hydrothermal alteration extending all the way from the sandstone all the way into the basement over 200 meters, which now we've done some drilling in that area and we understand structurally what's going on. And there'll be more drilling at the Nomad zone going forward and again there are no shortage of targets along the Maverick zone that's something like 14 kilometers long and now we understand it extends on to our Russell Lake project which we've done some geophysics this year and have generated targets on the Russell Lake side and we're hoping to drill some of those targets in 2027. Great. So that's a deep dive into the two main assets. As I mentioned, most of the 30,000 metres is being allocated at those two projects, Russell and Moore, about 25,000 metres. We've still got a good chunk of that to drill out here between now and year end, but we've got assays pending. Very pleased with what we're seeing. And we will be continuing the aggressive strategy, drilling at both projects as we enter into 2027. We're well funded to, you know, start that drilling early in the new year. We'll have some news out on those plans once we've, you know, we finish the drilling for 2026. Now, moving on to the prospect generator business, I won't take too long here. I do want to hand it over for some Q&A with the audience, but I mentioned we've continued to build out this part of the business. We have our two notable larger strategic partners in Denison and Orano, and they're funding a good chunk of that 30,000 meters of drilling that's taking place. We talked about Denison at Russell, but I mentioned Orano also completing 3,500 meters of grilling with us as a minority JV partner at our Preston project. but just want to highlight some other companies here. TerraClean Energy at the South Falcon East project, they do have plans for drilling and exploration in the new year. That project is host to a 7 million pound historical inferred resource. It is lower grade, but it's right at surface and there is the potential for higher grade mineralization at depth and there's good expansion potential at depth and along strike. So keep an eye out for news flow from Terra. North Shore as well. North Shore is going to be active at the Falcon project in the new year. Eura X is actually going public right now, so they're going to Be raising some money and continuing to advance and explore the South Dufferin project. They completed an initial drill program there and it sets up nicely for for additional drilling and work in 2027 new partner company in future fuels at our highway project they've their predecessor hatchet which they acquired had completed a little bit of work at highway they do have plans for some exploration and work in 2027 as does mustang energy at the 914w project so 11 partner companies now either option earning option partners or or formal joint venture partners and in total these 11 partner companies assuming they all complete their respective earnings that represents over 130 million in combined project consideration um across um the these projects in our project portfolio so again a big becoming a much bigger part of sky harbor's business it provides lots of additional news flow it ensures that the claims are are at the very least um in good standing as they're contractually obligated to keep the claims in good standing bring some cash shares in annually as I mentioned we it alleviates the need for us to have to continuously raise hard dollars and it allows us to focus in at our two core projects at Russell and Moore Lake now just jumping ahead I'll wrap up with this slide and then we'll hand it over for any questions and comments but just to recap you know again the next six months is pivotal for Sky Harbor 30,000 meters of drilling underway in 2026. Some of the most important meters yet to be drilled in the coming months. Assays pending. Very, very happy with what we're seeing. And we're continuing to build out the prospect, to grow our prospect generator business. We are in advanced negotiations on some of the other projects that we own 100% of that we've either staked or acquired over the last few years we're looking to bring in new partner companies to advance those projects improving uranium market fundamentals you talked about some of the recent headlines the supply deficit the market bifurcating east versus west but you know i i really i truly believe that in the next you know six to twelve months after seeing about eight months here of kind of a choppy sideways market that it's set up for another breakout another um uh move higher in particular in the spot price. And, you know, again, we do see that translate into higher equity prices and valuations quite quickly. I mean, it can be just a few days where we see, you know, the positive news result in much higher share prices. And one thing I always like to highlight as well is the relative underperformance thus far of the juniors relative to the larger and mid-cap names, and that's pretty standard. You typically see the smaller cap companies outperform the larger cap companies later in the bull market. We have yet to see that take place, and I think that's a key indicator as to where we are in the cycle. Sky Harbor is very, very well positioned, uniquely positioned to take advantage of this. It's one of the largest mineral tenure holders in northern Saskatchewan, a wide array of different types of exploration projects, a hybrid focused exploration and prospect generator business model and one of the largest combined drill campaigns of any company operating in the region this year so with with all that said thank you very much I appreciate everyone's time happy to field questions or comments that anyone may have okay thank you very Jordan and Sardar very informative presentation as always you've got so much going on so we will kick off the Q&A portion of the webinar reminder to everybody online you can take your questions in to the comment box guys why don't we kick it off here you know how valuable have you found that collaborative effort with Denison's technical team this is something that allows you to share data across project boundaries as well that helps you find things like data like geophysics that sort of thing i'll let sadar do most of the answering but i'll say just from a kind of high level strategic standpoint i mean that was a big part of of you know this transaction with denison just under a year ago was you know being able to um work with them um you know our two technical teams there's obviously his history there there's synergy there with with sadar's um you no past it at denison and yes i mean it you know the idea when we initially sat down and started discussing what a joint venture and property partnership would look like at Russell. One of the big themes that we were discussing was it's such a big property area. To give some perspective, it's about five, almost six times the size of Wheeler River. When you're looking for relatively low tonnage, small tonnaged deposits as these high grade deposits are in the Athabasca you know it can be the proverbial needle in the haystack now we do have you know much better tools and much better exploration techniques and methodologies to go out and vector in on these deposits but you know they're still not easy to find the deal with Denison working with them really allows us to spread our wings a little bit more with them jointly across the whole project area we we were never really able um to go and systematically explore targets outside of those wheeler north claims like in the previous few years since we had acquired the project from rio tinto you know we would drill eight to ten thousand meters at russell um and pretty much all of that would be concentrated um at those wheel or north claims this year we're drilling well denison jointly with denison is drilling those targets at wheeler north which is the drilling that's going to be starting in the coming weeks but we've also been able to do a bunch of drilling at the rl claims and now at the getty east claim and so this is really going to open up the project i think um and and expedite the discovery potential yeah i'll just add to that quickly. Like with any M&A or takeover or property deal, continuity is critical. So Denison is able to jump in and working with our project geologists on a regular basis, they were able to go and drill some of those targets in the winter without having to take a huge break, trying to go through the existing data, understand the targets. We're working with them regularly. As a matter of fact, we have a meeting with them tomorrow morning talking about these targets. And we also, and from our perspective, we get to work with their geophysicists, their project geologists as well. So in terms of sharing data, I think more importantly, we're sharing a lot of our expertise and perspectives on these deposits and what to look for. Now, you did say your largest drill campaign is underway, mostly around Russell and Moor Lake. Do you anticipate such a large project next year, large program next year considering you do have a lot of runway through the winter and even break up to cover? Yeah we do and you know we don't have exact plans or details that'll you know that'll be dependent on results needless to say but suffice to say you know the expectation is there can be there that yeah we'll be we'll be drilling um you know a similar amount um if not more uh in 2027 um and um and you know it'll be across you know russell obviously uh with with now uh our joint venture partner dennis with dennison more lake and then several other partner funded projects as well uh russell lake you know do you do you know what you're targeting are you targeting basement or unconformity because you've got both deposits right next door. Yeah, it's always both. Unconformity is a bit easier to find than basement, but basement deposits tend to have some sort of an unconformity signature. So once you find something, not necessarily a deposit, but any indicators, you look for both, and that's always been our strategy. I think maybe just to be a little more precise in that answer, though. Yeah, of course, you know, we are like we are testing and looking for both types. However, I'd say at Wheeler North in particular with Denison and as operator and us working with them, ideally, we would find, you knows, sandstone hosted mineralization that would be ISR amenable for the obvious, obvious reason, right? I mean, you could see in that image previously in the slide deck, you know, you can literally pipe the stuff over. If there was a deposit that was found there, it doesn't get any closer to Phoenix. And so, you Know, ideally, yeah, you Could you know if we could find an ISR Amenable deposit that would be that would be the best case scenario. Okay, more late. Do you mentioned Maverick a little bit, you know you expect news over the next couple of months where does that property stand as far as priority given that you know dennis and jb next door seems to be getting most of the attention yeah it's a good question i i mean look it's it's um you know we we refer to it as a co-flagship um you knows you know which child do you like best type question right um it's hard to say i mean look the the um russell lake project now is you know a big chunk of the funding for that project is coming from denison so as far as you know sky harbors direct budget and funding goes you know most of it is is that more late because we own a hundred percent of it but you know if you look at the total meters drilled about fifteen thousand sixteen thousand meters at russell this year ten thousand and more um you know probably safe to say well you know something similar next year um again this is all dependent on on drill results um um as we get assays in from the drilling that's been completed and as we complete the remainder of the 30 000 meters or 25 000 meters across those two projects specifically but it's it's a it's a core asset of ours i think you know it does i think get overlooked um in our project portfolio you know obviously russell is is a is a very exciting project um for all the reasons we discussed but you know more like does host high grade mineralization shallow mineralization that especially given, you know, like you look at Sabre. Sabre has been used to mine hundreds of thousands of pounds up at the McLean Lake Mill and then around the Mclean Lake Mill. We now know it works. So that makes, you Know, the Maverick deposit potentially very exciting going forward. ISR as well. It's predominantly sandstone hosted mineralization at the main Mavericks and Mavericky zones. So, you know, one of these two surface mining methods makes those zones of mineralization much more interesting today than they were even three or four years ago. And it also, as Siddharth highlighted, there's very good regional discovery potential. You know, a lot of the drilling historically, even though there has been quite a bit of drilling, it's been very much concentrated on the Maverick corridor. And that opens up the discovery potential elsewhere at the project. in particular to the southwest along that same strike where we know there's high-grade mineralization um and it trends on to russell uh the nomad zone and a few other targets that you know we're going to continue drill testing so it's it's a very important part of our project portfolio uh will remain that way and and we we believe there's still a lot of value to unlock there yeah it'd be great to see some of these new mining methods that prove economics improve economics excuse me and perhaps even the permitting regime yes yeah absolutely uh you said elsewhere and pointed out some new properties earlier what's getting you a little more interested in the western athabasca yeah um i you know look we we didn't have much as much exposure as we we would have liked um a year ago year and a half ago um so you know we we were able to if you look our claims map you'll see we staked a whole bunch of ground along strike to the northeast of um you know of arrow and and um uh triple r and so that's that's exciting it is deeper but you know nonetheless we were you know it was coveted ground there was a competitive staking uh process and like i said we've developed a very efficient way of monitoring claims as you know so claims that will be coming up for that that will be lapsing as well as going in there and actually staking them And you can see we've staked other claims in and around, you know, that region, that area. You know, one interesting thing is BHP. It's been staking, acquired a whole bunch of ground to the south as well, south of our Preston project. So, you Know, I mean, the obvious answer is, youknow, all the activity there with, you know, Paladin, with NextGen, now with BHP, but, you know, there's still, I think, a lot of, well, there there's certainly a lot of discovery potential um over on that west side and we really felt like we we needed to have some more exposure there so that's uh that was the reason for that but you know as i pointed out you know most of our more active projects are concentrated on the eastern side in particular the southeastern quadrant where you've got access to regional mining infrastructure you've you know some of the large you know the largest mines in the world um or near-term producers and you know our strategic partners of ours in particular denison okay almost up here on the hour but maybe a couple more questions from a project generator standpoint we just added another partner how aggressive do you see this group as a whole you know we see spots spots rising even more importantly term prices are rising but there seems to be a disconnect with uranium share price performance are your partners still as active as they had been in the past and are non-partners still looking at your projects yeah i mean you know it is a good question needless to say the prospect generator business does fluctuate with with you know in terms of partner activity and new partners coming in you know does typically fluctuate with with the market with the uranium price um there you know there has been a bit of a disconnect for sure um with the equities in particular the juniors um and and and the iranian price i i do as we've seen time and time out over the last five years when that disconnect is noticeable when sentiment is low it's usually near or at a bottom um and i think we're we're we're there right now um and so i i i expect that in the new year as i mentioned uh i'm i'm I'm expecting a much better market, especially given the time of year. I think our partner companies, some of which have raised money recently and will be active next year, they're funded for that. But I also expect that the ones that have been a little quieter will be more active. And that we will, as we have in the past, we will see renewed interest, new interest from new potential partners. in a big it we have an inventory right now of you know well over 25 properties that we own a hundred percent of that you know we can look to that we can look to option JV or just sell outright and again as the market heats up we see that interest level peak as well and just quickly your Nasdaq listing what's the timing on that and do you see a lot of interest in the US yeah yes so so We're working on filing the AIF right now. That becomes the main filing statement for the NASDAQ application. We are working as quickly as we can to get it done. It will be several months, probably Q1 of next year, realistically. But yes, the reasons for a NASDAq listing and uplisting in the U.S. are obviously access to the American markets, liquidity and you know as I mentioned though we are well funded right now so really it's just you know get get the listing going and and open it up to you know a whole new pool of capital okay Jordan and Sardar from Sky Harbor Resources it's always always a pleasure to talk to you guys thank you very much Dave thanks everyone okay reminder to everyone that Red Cloud will be back in a couple weeks, Ian Parkinson will make his hosting debut with Red Cloud when he sits down with Prospectiva Resources.
