Good morning and welcome to the 2026 ICMA Annual Conference. This video will go through a short demo of some of the resources you can find in this year's Attendee Mobile App. When you open the app and log in you'll be led to this main tile screen page here. On this page are various buttons you can use to access different kinds of information about the event. Under the agenda you can browse program and schedule items across different factors such as by day, personal interest, event, speaker, track, and more. Click into your preference. You can click across the top to view information. Click in to a presentation to view details about that session. You can always use the home button at the top to go back home. Click speakers to view speaker information and find out which speakers are speaking in particular presentations. Click exhibitors to view the exhibit hall hours as well as an alphabetical list of exhibitors at the meeting, a list of exhibitors in order by booth number, as well as a floor plan where you can zoom and click on a specific exhibitor to reach their profile and details. Partners and sponsors, you can learn more about our annual partners as well as our sponsors and supporters floor plans allows you to view floor plans for the Long Beach Convention Center as well as the Hyatt Regency the ICMA collaboration zone includes an attendee lounge hub resources and more The app also includes a shuttle schedule for navigating different spaces of the meeting, as well as Wi-Fi and app support availability if needed. You can build your own schedule by using the star icon next to any presentations under the agenda tab. For example, if I go back here and I want to start the registration hours, then if I go back to my schedule, I'll see that saved. Attendees also allows you to connect with other attendees at the meeting and there's a built-in chat function for the app. You can view other attendees who have agreed to share their profiles. And then you can also use the chat up here. You can select somebody to send a message to and send a chat. You can make a donation to the ICMA's Future Professional Management Fund. You can also access conference FAQs and other information that might be helpful. And then you can also the ICMATV. Along the very bottom, the alerts button will bring you to an archive of all of the push notifications which have been sent throughout the meeting your notes or the my notes button will allow you to see any presentations you've taken notes on during the event search is a universal search that allows you to look up speaker names presentation titles keywords learning objectives all kinds of details to help you navigate the program and find what you're looking for. Wi-Fi gives you a quick reference to the Wi-fi details for each of the meeting spaces and then settings at the bottom allows you to either turn on or off the sharing your profile. It allows you edit your profile and it also allows you to log out of the app if needed.
