Allbirds (BIRD.O) changed its name to Smartbird on Wednesday and appointed former Amazon Web Services (AMZN.O) executive Nadia Carlsten as ​president and CEO, cementing the former footwear maker's pivot ‌to an AI infrastructure firm.
